Bear's Paw gets its name from its golf-course designer, Jack “Golden Bear” Nicklaus. Membership in the club, with its 18-hole, par-72 signature course, is capped at 297. Residents use their own golf carts and never have to pay trail fees. Hidden within the forest of cypress and pine trees are condos, villas and single-family homes.
